Massachusetts reimburses eligible businesses 100% through the Workforce Training Fund Express Program: up to $3,000 per employee per course, up to $15,000 per business per year.

What class is like
Live builds, not a slides marathon. Everyone works hands-on from the same sample business, every hour ends with "what did this save or make," and part of class is guided time where each person maps which of their own tasks fit the methods taught.
Is it really 100% covered? +
For eligible businesses, yes. You pay tuition first and the state reimburses you after the course, up to 100%. Reimbursement depends on your application being approved, which is why we help you file it right, for free.
Who qualifies? +
For-profit Massachusetts businesses with up to 100 Massachusetts W-2 employees. Everyone you send, including owners, must be a W-2 employee of the business receiving grant funds.
What if we are not eligible? +
Tuition is $1,800 per person and you are welcome in any class. On the fit call we will tell you honestly whether the reimbursement applies to you before you spend anything.
Do we need any software? +
No. Participants use free AI tool tiers or accounts your company already has. There are no software fees in the course cost.
Where are classes held? +
In person or virtual, whichever works for your team. Every course is 6 hours of live instruction, taught during work hours.
